Mental Health and the Menopause – 13th October

Following World Mental Health Day (10th October) and prior to National Menopause Day (18th October) , Lamp and the Health Suite are partnering up for an evening of education and awareness to help individuals and business understand the menopause and finding positive approaches to the condition. The evening will be led by Aly Dilks of Simply Menopausal, Menopause Specialist and British Menopause Society accredited. 

• The evening will include a arrival drink, light evening buffet and educational talk and discussions
