The voice of Mental Health Advocacy in the workplace across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland returns this June with Special Guest Speaker Richard Middleton, Head of Custer Success at Thrive Mental Wellbeing.
Richard will be discussing his passion for the subject of mental health. In this conversation, Rich will be sharing some of the challenges associated with men’s mental health, the opportunities that are available to promote improved mental health outcomes for men including the role businesses can play.
Rich Middleton is the Head of Customer Success at Thrive Mental Wellbeing. Through lived experience of managing his own mental health, Rich was attracted to work within the mental health and wellbeing sector. In his role at Thrive, Rich is responsible for building relationships with organisations and empowering them to support their people through Thrive’s digital mental health products. Outside of work, Rich is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, passionate about fitness, food, the outdoors and walking his energetic Patterjack.
Thrive is a mental health service delivered through technology. The company was founded by a consultant psychiatrist and consultant clinical psychologist with decades of combined clinical experience between them. They saw an opportunity to use technology to reach a wider audience and encourage individuals to get the help they need, sooner. Thrive provides its mental health services to corporate customers, insurance partners, charities and the NHS with access remaining free at the point of access.
