Vehicle Consulting Leicester races to raise funds for local mental health charity
Vehicle Consulting Leicester, one of the newest members of Lamp’s (Leicestershire Action for Mental Health Project) Business Club, is organising a charity go-karting event on 18 June as a fundraiser for the local mental health charity.
The event will be held at the Sutton Circuit outdoor go-karting track in Leicestershire, from 1.30-4pm. The firm is aiming to raise up to £1,000 on the day. Teams of four can sign up to register for the day of racing by emailing Jayne Stephenson at jayne.stephenson@vehicleconsulting.com
Jayne Stephenson, Director of Vehicle Consulting Leicester, said:
“We have an ongoing relationship with Lamp and have supported the work that it does. Most recently, we donated four raffle prize tickets for the go-karting race to Lamp’s Curry Night. By joining the Business Club, we are strengthening our commitment to supporting a local charity and look forward to drawing on Lamp’s expertise in delivering corporate wellbeing initiatives for our employees.”
Richard Kotulecki, Lamp’s CEO added:
“We are delighted that Vehicle Consulting Leicester has joined our Business Club and we value its support. It is great that they have come up with a creative way to fundraise for Lamp and we are looking forward to the go-karting race which will certainly be a fun-filled way to spend time with friends and peers, all for a good cause.”
